Please join us in saying the Divine Mercy novena, starting on Good Friday (April 7) and ending on Divine Mercy Sunday (April 16th). The easiest way to follow along would be to join the Divine Mercy Novena group on the myParish App! The daily prayer will be posted each day and you will receive a notification on your phone when it is published. Additionally, we will have paper handouts available to bring home as a prayer aide. Our parishioners are invited to join St Therese of Lisieux parish in a Divine Mercy Service, led by our own Deacon Paul, at 3p on Sunday, April 16th at Holy Family Church. We will sing the Divine Mercy chaplet, along with the children of St Matthew, St Therese of Lisieux and St Thomas School and then pray the Divine Mercy litany. All are welcome!

Pregnant and parenting moms in need are in our parishes and our neighborhoods. As Pope Francis reminds us, our parishes need to be “islands of mercy in the midst of the sea of indifference.” In order to assess, expand, and better communicate resources to local pregnant moms and families in need, our parish is joining a nationwide effort entitled: “Walking with Moms in Need.” We invite all parishioners to join us as we embark on this effort to serve mothers in need in our community. For more information, and to ensure you receive news and updates, please contact Ashley Buxton. 207-206-1320 or Ashley.buxton@portlanddiocese.org
