- Why have I received multiple emails with a link to set up an account?
- You should receive a separate link for each child that is registered for the program. When you click the link in the first email, the portal prompts you to set up your parent account and access to that grade level classroom. When you click on the other email links, you will be given access to the additional grade level classrooms for which you registered.
- Should I be adding my child or setting up a student account for them once my account is set up?
- Children/youth should be doing online work under their parent's account. Parents can toggle between each grade level. The only instance a student account should be set up is in a situation where multiple children are in the same grade level (twins).
- I have two children in the same grade level, but I only received one link - what do I do?
- Choose the link in your email and set up your parent account. One of your children will be working under you. Then you will need to go to your name at the top of the portal and choose '+Add Student' and fill in appropriate information. DO NOT create a student account for both children - one will work under you and the other under the student.

- I was looking at the student progress section of the portal and it is not reflecting work my child has done - what is the issue?
- First question is when are you checking? It takes 24 hours for work to reflect in the tracking part of the portal. Second question is where are you looking? For tracking purposes, the Family Formation Team is looking at these columns in the student's progress - top section shows overall progress for year and bottom section is per chapter:

If you are concerned about tracking within your family the "extras" like the videos, you need to access them not within the electronic workbook but under "Chapter Resources" or "Resources by Type".
If you have verified these things and completed work is not reflected, email the Lifelong Faith Formation Director for further troubleshooting.- How do you track my child's progress?

- Completion of the workbook & assessment (either in electronic or book format)
- Completion of the monthly Unit Assessment found on the parish website

We see the electronic workbook completion on the portal but if you are using the book, you should bring it with you to Family Sessions for us to verify.
