Our parish facilities and shared spaces are a gift to our community, providing opportunities for worship, fellowship, ministry, and service. To help ensure these spaces are used safely, respectfully, and effectively, the parish has established policies and guidelines for their use. This page provides information about facility use, room and equipment rentals, narthex displays and sales, scheduling requests, and other parish procedures. Please review the applicable policies before submitting a request, and contact the parish office with any questions or for assistance.Thank you for helping us care for our parish spaces and supporting the ministries and activities that bring our community together.
Every child and young person deserves to learn, pray and thrive in a safe and trusted environment, one that families can rely on. We as a diocese are committed to the highest standards and protocols for ensuring prevention of abuse and fostering a culture of accountability and ongoing vigilance.
Created in 2002, the Office of Safe Environment assists the bishop in the diocese’s work to keep churches, schools and ministries safe for our children and to support our clergy, employees and volunteers with practical approaches to identifying concerning behaviors.
All employees and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are required to submit applications, authorize background checks, attend Protecting God's Children training, and complete other monthly requirements to comply with Safe Environment policies.
Volunteers who work with children are also required to comply with these policies. These requirements do not apply to volunteers who work exclusively with adults over the age of 18. This includes, lectors, greeters, money counters, and members of parish councils.
